I am styling the Irrepressibles for LABB Magazine this coming Sunday in East-London.

The incredibly lovely Becc Gray introduced me to this very poetic and cinematic clip today,  directed by Roy Ras, of my favorite Irrepressibles song 'In This Shirt'.

 

I met the ultra talented and lead singer / composer/ musician of the 10 piece orchestra, Jamie Mcdermott earlier this week to finalize some details for the shoot.

The band is on the verge of exploding with their INSANE dramatic & theatrical live performances around the continent.






They're playing live London's Scala on the 30th of this month.

I am beyond exited for Sundays shoot.

I absolutely love these sporty jogging-esque trousers with a fab black mesh from The Local Firm for Weekday collection that I purchased whilst in Stockholm for fashion week.

I haven't been the biggest fan of designer-for-highstreet collabo's but Weekday (Cheapmonday) really do capture my interest with their off-centre choices.

I will be definetely wearing these for London Fashion Week.

I thought I was totally over Karl Lagerfeld muse and hottie Baptiste Giabiconi until I stumbled upon Lagerfelds 'The Beauty Of Violence' coffee book table.

Baptiste "acts" (or just tries to think really really hard) and channels a crazy-rent-boy-look majestically.

  Very exited about this coming event I will be covering for Luxusure.fr for Fashion Night Out @ The James Hyman Gallery in London's Savile Row.

This incredibly fab gallery will be presenting fourteen works by celebrated German photographer Albrecht Tubke.

The photographic series titled 'Made In Italy' is Tubke's first solo UK exhibition, in which he explores the many ways people present their public personae, by attempting to distil the essence of his subjects.

The intimate series of portraits draws its inspiration from August Sander's  now legendary 'People of the Twentieth Century'  series.
Tubkke allows his subjects to choose style themselves in their best frocks, decide stance and gaze, enabling the photographer to capture their perceived public image.

Tubke's previous work has been part of the 'How We Are: Photographing Britain' at the Tate Britain, 'New Photographers 2006' at Antwerp's Museum vow Fotografie amongst others.
His work can be found at in the public collections of several art institutions across the continent including  Victoria and Albert Museum in London,
La Maison Europeennede la Photographie Paris .
